Bridges to Moms helps women who are homeless and pregnant. When a baby goes “home”, wherever that may be, we provide the basic items every baby and new mom need, plus a little bit of love—donated handmade baby blankets and hats stitched with love by so many wonderful donors.

You can help by sponsoring a “Baby Goes Home” Kit.

A $250 donation will purchase one typical “Baby Goes Home” kit. Individual needs will vary, so additional donations can help with strollers, baby monitors, food support and more.

Donations for partial kits will be aggregated and are always welcome.
