Thank you to all who joined us in celebrating our 20th Anniversary on October 3rd. We raised over $300,000 in support of our programs. These funds will ensure that women, young and old, can come to us for care, and have opportunity to take steps to move beyond homelessness and poverty to a better life.
The evening featured a cocktail reception, silent and live auction, dinner, and program honoring the work of president and founder Dr. Roseanna Means. It was a fitting tribute to her years of hard work and dedication serving the women who come to our programs for help. We were shown that Roseanna’s tenacity and determination to make a difference is a reflection of the strength, perseverance and joy we see every day in the hearts and minds of each and every woman we work with. The highlight of the program was the inspirational dance video to Pink’s “What About Us?” which brought the room to its feet dancing in support Roseanna, our team of clinicians, and everyone who gives back to improve the lives of women in need.
